Beth Dewitt
BETH DEWITT is a Partner in Cyber Risk Advisory at Deloitte Canada and leads the Data Protection and Privacy business offering nationally. Beth is also a member of our Board of Directors for Deloitte Canada and Chile. Beth has over 15 years’ experience designing privacy and data protection strategies and programs, driving alignment between business strategy and risk management. Beth has trained privacy officers, ran executive and board level briefings, advised on privacy/data protection modernization efforts, and designed strategies to support digital transformations. In her experience, she has advised clients on statutory legal obligations and the impact on data sharing and governance, data analytics, and the adoption of emerging technologies, such a cloud and AI on individual privacy. Beth has also spoken on the topics of privacy program management, privacy audits, and privacy risk and maturity assessments in numerous congresses. In addition, Beth leads our Global and Canadian Women in Cyber Initiative (www.deloitte.com/womenincyber ).
